Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kju.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.
• Upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what we explicitly permit.

If your organisation subscribes to kju.ai on your behalf ("Enterprise Account"), your organisation's administrator may control certain aspects of your account, including access to learning content and usage data. Your use is also subject to any agreement between your organisation and kju.ai.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends. We reserve the right to limit trial availability.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, questions, learning materials, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by kju.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (such as feedback or survey responses). By submitting content, you grant kju.ai a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate learning materials, quizzes, stories, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Such content is provided for educational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kju.ai and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
